Half a ton of black caviar tried to take out of Kazakhstan to Russia

 

The car was detained while trying to cross the state border of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the Russian Federation at the checkpoint "Zhaysan-avto" upon the statement of false information in shipping documents by the officials of the Office of export control of SRD of Aktobe region together with employees of BS NSC RK.

The driver provided shipping documents for goods - "raisins, peanuts, cereals rice".

According to shipping documents, the sender of the cargo is an individual entrepreneur from Shymkent, the recipient is a private person in Moscow.

During the inspection of the above-mentioned vehicle, together with the employees of the BS of the NSC of Kazakhstan, "black sturgeon caviar" was found in the amount of 43 boxes, with a total weight of 516 kg with a cost of 156 million tenge.

During documentary check it was established that on the goods - black caviar there are no shipping documents, and also "black sturgeon caviar" is available in the list of exemptions.

According to the Order of MF RK of December 29, 2015 No. 718 § 9, 10-1 "When exported to the territory of another member state of the EAEU goods included in the List, from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and imported before the entry into force of the Protocol, the shipping documents are stamped by the SRA paper copies of electronic invoices and declarations for the goods, ST-1".

Materials on this fact are being prepared for transfer to the Department of Internal Affairs of the Aktobe region.

In General, criminal liability is provided for these violations according to article 339 of the Criminal code RK, which is punishable by a fine of up to three thousand monthly calculation indices (7.6 million tenge) or correctional labor in the same amount, or involvement in public works for up to eight hundred hours, or restriction of liberty for up to three years, or imprisonment for the same term.
