Public service on inclusion of new cash register models in the State Register of cash registers has been optimized

The State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan reports that in accordance with the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 1117 dated December 28, 2018 “On amendments and additions to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 284 dated April 27, 2015 “On approval of the standards of public services provided by the state revenue authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan” (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts under No. 18159 dated January 9, 2019) the public service on inclusion of new cash register models in the State Register of cash registers has been optimized.

As part of the optimization program, the time for the delivery of public services was reduced from 30 working days to 10 working days, and the list of documents to be submitted was reduced from 9 to 7.

The list of documents required for the provision of public services when the service recipient applies to the service provider:

1. a tax application on inclusion of a cash register model in the State Register;

2. the standard cash register model and the following materials characterizing the technical, functional and operational characteristics of the cash register model:

manufacturing plant’s passport;
manufacturing plant’s technical documentation;
cash register instruction manual in hard and soft copy;
manual for the state revenue authority’s official in hard and soft copy containing a detailed description of the actions of the state revenue authority’s official in setting the fiscal regime, re-registering the cash register, taking fiscal reports, the current status of the cash register (X-report); as well as entering information for printing in a control receipt;
manufacturer’s warranty policy for technical support of the cash register model;
information on the conformity of the technical characteristics of the cash register model specified in the manufacturing plant’s documentation to the basic technical requirements of the established form;
a notarized copy of the cash register model’s certificate of conformity.
