The XXIX meeting of the Coordinating Council of Heads of Tax Services of the CIS Member States (hereinafter referred to as the CCHTS) was held October 7, 2022 in Minsk (Republic of Belarus).

The main topic of the XXIX meeting of the CCHTS is defined as "Improving the quality of taxpayer services. Development of interactive services based on feedback and user experience research in the CIS member States".

The meeting was attended by heads of tax administrations and experts from Azerbaijan, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan, as well as representatives of the CIS Executive Committee.

At the CCHTS meeting there were discussed Issues of improving the quality of tax services provided, assessment by payers, searching for new interactive services for them based on the experience of the tax administrations of the CIS countries, as well as further development prospects.

The next meeting of the CCHTS is scheduled for the second half of 2023 in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
