Draft resolution of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On invalidation of some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan» (hereinafter - the draft resolution) is developed in accordance with paragraph 2 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 13, 2022 № 872 «On measures to debureaucratize the activities of the state apparatus» competence to approve the list of officially recognized sources of information on market prices, is transferred to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan and will be established in the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as in the implementation of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On introducing amendments and additions to some constitutional laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan on issues of administrative reform of the Republic of Kazakhstan» and the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 16, 2023 «On introducing amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on issues of administrative reform of the Republic of Kazakhstan»

        The Draft resolution was posted on the Internet portal of open normative legal acts (https://legalacts.egov.kz/npa/view?id=14543290) on May 3, 2023. The deadline for public discussion of the Draft Resolution is May 19, 2023.

        The draft resolution was signed by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan on August 2, 2023 and was issued on August 3, 2023 under №639.
