The State Revenue Committee informs that in accordance with the regulations of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 480-V dated April 6, 2016 “On Legal Acts”, until the adoption of the new Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On approval of the Rules for issuing invoices in an electronic form in the E-invoicing information system and its forms” the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 270 dated February 23, 2018 “On approval of the Rules for issuing invoices in an electronic form in the E-invoicing information system” is in effect.
