Gasoline under the guise of a "diluent" was tried to be illegally exported to the Kyrgyz Republic. A criminal case has been initiated. This was reported by the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

On June 10, 2021, at the Aishabibi checkpoint, officials of the Department of Export Control of the SRD in the Zhambyl region, as well as military personnel of the PS of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan suppressed the fact of illegal export of gasoline to the Kyrgyz Republic. 

"DAF" btand vehicles with Kyrgyz license plates with the product "Diluent complex", totalling to 54.6 tons were detained, the sender is LLP registered in the city of Taraz, the recipient is an individual entrepreneur of the Kyrgyz Republic. 

After the arrest of the vehicles, the material was sent to the EID in the Zhambyl region. 

Physico-chemical studies in the Central Customs Laboratory of the SRC MF RK showed that the goods do not correspond to the goods specified in the shipping documents.

Instead of the "diluent", the violators tried to take out AI-80 gasoline, totaling to 7 million tenge.

"Currently the Department of Economic Investigations for the Zhambyl region initiated a criminal offense under Article 197 Part 3 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Transportation, purchase, sale, storage of oil and petroleum products, as well as oil refining without documents confirming the legality of their origin)," - the SRC reported.

The criminal prosecution body conducts a pre-trial investigation within the framework of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
