The "Tax wallet" is available in the "e-Salyq Azamat" application, which not only saves time, eliminates incorrect payments and unreasonable penalties, but also reduces the cost for bank fees when paying taxes. This was reported by the State Revenue Committee.

The press service of the SRC noted that the mobile application "e-Salyq Azamat" is becoming popular and 676.5 thousand citizens are already using this application.

To simplify the submission of reporting, payment of taxes by individuals and reduce the attendance of tax authorities during the pandemic, the mobile application "e-Salyq Azamat" having "Tax Wallet" function has been developed.

The functionality allows automatic posting of payments to the budget. Individuals may choose to pay taxes by replenishing the "Tax wallet".

The advantages of the "Tax Wallet" function are confirmed by the positive dynamics of its use. During the period of existence of the mobile application "e-Salyq Azamat", 94.5 thousand users replenished the "Tax Wallet" in the amount of 106.3 million tenge. On average, a week's replenishment of the tax wallet is carried out by individuals in the amount of more than 3.0 million tenge. Thus, over the past week, 2,565 taxpayers have replenished the "Tax Wallet" for the amount of 3.2 million tenge.

16.5 thousand users in the amount of KZT 617.5 million used the Overpayment Management service to refund excessively or erroneously paid amounts of taxes, as well as offset for other taxes.

It should also be noted that citizens can see the amount of debt and pay tax online through the mobile application. In addition, the application provides information about upcoming payments for property and land taxes, the payment period for which expires on October 1, 2021.

In addition to the basic taxes such as individual property tax, land tax and vehicle tax, it is possible to pay business taxes, customs duties, state duties, fees, as well as administrative fines, payments for privatization, sale of land and others.

"The introduced 'Employee Remuneration' function in the e-Salyq Azamat mobile application allows an employee to view the amounts of accrued individual income tax, pension contributions, mandatory social contributions and social contributions for medical insurance," - the SRC reported.
