THE ADMINISTRATIVE BOARD OF THE STATE REVENUE COMMITTEE GOT ACQUAINTED WITH THE TECHNIQUE OF COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE

Seminar-training "Technology of communicative competence in the successful management of activities of SRC MF RK" for heads of the Central Office and regional departments took place on 27 July.

During the training event, the lecturer Professor Leyla Asylbekova told the participants about the basics of personal, social and professional success. Also, it was about the style of management: the parameters of the interaction of the head with subordinate methods.

The thematic seminars divided into several blocks helped participants to improve personal responsibility of the Head, abilities of competent prioritization and planning. Situations with acute or chronic stress were simulated; methods of development of individual and collective stress resistance were worked out.

The master class on public speaking included a personal presentation, public speaking skills and work with the audience. Professor L. Asylbekova spoke about the main qualities required of a successful speaker. Cases with elements of non-verbal channels of interaction and methods of persuasion of the audience were considered.

At the end of the training seminar the participants were awarded certificates. It should be noted that such trainings are planned to be held on a regular basis in order to further improve the professional qualities of administrative board of the Committee.
