The driver did not have any permits to transport alcoholic beverages across the state border.

Export control officers found more than 20 tons of wine and vodka products at the car checkpoint "Raw" in the West Kazakhstan region. The driver of the cargo vehicle was unable to provide permits.

The cargo was transported from Kazakhstan to Russia on a DAF cargo transport with alcoholic beverages-grape wine in the amount of 5.6 million tenge. Wine was imported to Kazakhstan from the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Alcohol products were withdrawn from the illegal turnover of excisable goods, the material was transferred to the Department of economic investigations for making a procedural decision in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
