The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan hereby announces the establishment of an industry council for professional qualifications in the field of rehabilitation and bankruptcy (hereinafter referred to as the Council).

In order to be included in the Council in accordance with paragraph 9 of the Rules for the Establishment of Sectoral Councils for Professional Qualifications and the approval of their model regulations (approved by the Order of the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 8, 2023 № 378), interested persons must submit the following documents:

1) written application (the application form is approved by the Rules);

2) a document confirming work experience in the relevant field (industry) in accordance with Article 35 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The deadline for submitting documents is up to and including October 10, 2023.
