"On approval of goods processing conditions"

The Draft Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 1, 2018 No. 107 "On approval of goods processing conditions" (hereinafter - the Draft Order) was developed in order to bring it into compliance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Legal Acts".

The Draft Order provides for editorial changes in order to bring it into compliance with the current Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
"On taxes and other mandatory payments to the budget" (Tax Code).

The Draft Order is posted on the Internet portal of open regulatory legal acts (http://legalacts.egov.kz ).
