The Deputy Chairman of the State Revenue Committee was appointed by the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Bakytzhan Slyamov was appointed Deputy Chairman of the State Revenue Committee.

Slyamov Bakytzhan Orazgalievich, born in 1983.

In 2006 he graduated from the Kazakh Humanitarian Law University with a degree in jurisprudence, in 2009 – Semipalatinsk Shakarim State University, Bachelor of Finance.

He started his career in 2005 as a legal adviser to Zheti Zhargy Law Firm LLP, in which he worked his way up from legal adviser to director.

In October 2009, he joined the civil service in the Apparatus of the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan as an assistant deputy, where he worked until January 2014.

From January 2014 to April 2019, he worked in the Department of Socio-Economic Monitoring of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan as an expert, consultant, inspector.
From April 2019 until his last appointment, he held the position of Director of the Department of Personnel and Internal Administration of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
