The plan for tax revenues to the state budget for January-September 2021 was 103.8% fulfilled (with the plan of KZT 7,263.7 billion, KZT 7,538.2 billion was received with an over-fulfillment of KZT 274.5 billion), compared to the same period last year, an increase of 30.8% or KZT 1,775.7 billion, including:

- The Republican budget was  100.4% fulfilled (with a plan of 4,898.9 billion tenge, 4,920.6 billion tenge was received with an over-fulfillment of 21.6 billion tenge), compared to the same period last year, an increase of 36.6% or 1,319.2 billion tenge.

- The local budget was  110.7% fulfilled (with the plan of 2,364.8 billion tenge, 2,617.7 billion tenge was received, with over-fulfillment of 252.9 billion tenge), with an increase of 21.1% or 456.5 billion tenge compared to the same period in 2020.

In comparison with the same period in 2020, the greatest amount of growth in revenues to the Republican budget are accounted for by export customs duties on oil - by 352.5 billion tenge , or 1.9 times, the corporate income tax 390,8 billion tenge or 44.9% is, VAT on imports from the EAEU - by 171,5 billion tenge , or 36.6% VAT on the import from 3 countries by 105.2 billion tenge , or 22.7 percent , and MET by 103.7 billion tenge or 46.8 per cent.

The following factors influenced the revenue growth.

"For 9 months of this year, compared to the same period last year, there has been an increase in prices for major export items, including oil by 64.5%, copper by 57.3%, aluminum by 44.2%, zinc by 34.0%, silver by 33.8%, lead by 19.7% and gold by 3.8%. USD/KZT exchange rate increased by 3.9%. The rate of export customs duty on crude oil increased by 24.3% (the average rate for 9 months of 2020 is $ 37.2 per 1 ton, 9 months of 2021 is $ 61.5 per 1 ton)," the SRC reported.

Trade turnover with third countries increased by 8.2% in January-September 2021 (exports increased by 18.2%, imports decreased by 9.3%).

Sales turnover for 9 months of this year increased by 28.7% compared to the same period in 2020 (from 63,917 billion tenge to 82,293 billion tenge).

Sales turnover for large taxpayers forming about 40% of VAT receipts increased by 18.4%.

The average revenue of online cash registers per taxpayer for the specified period increased by 11.8% (from 33.4 million tenge to 37.4 million tenge).
