The State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan informs you that on 12.12.2019 from 22:00 to 13.12.2019 00:15 hours, the time of the city of Nur-Sultan will be updated "Electronic invoices" information system (hereinafter - EI IS) in terms of connecting the NCALayer application and expanding authentication methods in the system using digital signatures on secure media (citizen ID, Kaztoken, eToken 72K, eToken 5110, Akey, JaCarta).

The NCALayer module is an application developed by the National Certification Authority of the Republic of Kazakhstan, through which authentication and signature functions are implemented in information systems. For the convenience of users, the NCALayer application during installation checks the availability and operability of Java and NCALayer software, and then installs the programs on the user's personal computer.

This application allows you to reduce the time for preparing the user's personal computer, and also provides reliable operation with digital signatures.

To install NCALayer:

• download the installation file on the website of the NCA of RK http://pki.gov.kz/index.php/ru/ncalayer;
• install the software according to the NCALayer user guide located at http://pki.gov.kz/index.php/en/ncalayer.

Authorization in the system by digital signature on protected media EI IS supports the use of cryptographic information protection tools on secure media, such as:

• Identity card of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• Kaztoken;
• eToken 72K;
• eToken 5110;
• Akey;
• JaCarta.

During user authorization, the system will allow you to select a certificate from the above types of EDS key storage, provided the protected media is connected to the user's personal computer and the EDS is written on them.

EDS keys on secure media are issued for a period of 3 years. EDS file keys stored on the user's personal computer for a period of 1 year.

In order to issue EDS keys on secure media, you can independently submit an application on the website pki.gov.kz, or contact the Public Service Center (NJSC “State Corporation“ Government for Citizens ”).

Only individuals can record digital signatures on an identity card chip. For legal entities, this service is not available.

To use the certificate with an electronic digital signature on a user's personal computer, you need to purchase a special device - a card reader for smart cards (smart card reader). A card reader is a reader / writer that is designed to exchange information between smart cards.
