The Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On amendments and additions to the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 24, 2008 № 387 «On certain issues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan» (here in after – the Decree) was developed in accordance with subparagraph 4) of Article 7, subparagraph 4  ) paragraph 2 of article 9, subparagraphs 3), 4) and 5) paragraph 2 of article 26, paragraph 3 of article 27, paragraphs 10 and 11 of article 28  and 5) paragraph 5 of Article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On amendments and additions to certain legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the control of specific goods» dated December 28, 2022, subparagraph 13) of paragraph 2 of Article 2 and subparagraph 20) of paragraph 2 of Article 12 of the Code  Republic of Kazakhstan «On customs regulation in the Republic of Kazakhstan».

The Decree provides for bringing into line with subparagraph 4) of paragraph 4 of the Instruction for the development and approval of the regulation on the state body, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 1, 2021 No. 590 «On certain issues of organizing the activities of state bodies and their structural divisions», which provides  that for the development and introduction of amendments and (or) additions to the regulation is the empowerment of the state body with new powers, the expansion (narrowing) and (or) exclusion of the powers of the state body.
