
On September 22, 2021, the Ministry of Finance showed information systems to members of the Public Finance Council.
The meeting of the Public Council was chaired by Rustam Zhursunov.
Vice Minister of Finance Bakhtiyar Kozhakhmetov noted in his report that the Ministry of Finance provides 50 types of public services, of which 46 or 92% are provided electronically. For 8 months of this year, the Ministry provided about 14 million services. Of these, 13.6 million or 97.6% are in electronic form.
"The electronic format of the provision of public services allows us to reduce the time and financial costs of citizens and businesses by reducing the period of their provision, as well as reduce corruption risks by eliminating physical contact when receiving public services," - B. Kozhakhmetov said.
Digitalization of tax and customs administration is aimed at creating favorable conditions for businesses and the public by ensuring a fair fiscal system and quality service.
As a result, due to digitalization and administration, over 900 billion tenge of budget revenues were additionally recovered for 2 years (2019 - 523 billion tenge, 2020 - 395 billion tenge).
Deputy Chairman of the State Revenue Committee Zhaidar Inkerbayev demonstrated the services of the popular mobile application "e-Salyq Azamat" and the new mobile application "e-Salyq Business". With the help of the "E-salyq-Business" application, individual entrepreneurs will be able to register, keep records and fulfill other tax obligations, up to the closure of their sole proprietor "with one click".
The speaker also presented to the participants of the meeting the possibilities of the information system "Electronic invoice", the Risk management System.
