Draft resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan                               "On Amendments and additions to the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 24, 2008 No. 387 "On Certain Issues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (hereinafter – the Draft) provides for amendments and additions to the Regulation on the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in order to update it.

The project was developed in order to implement the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 30, 2022 "On Restoration of solvency and bankruptcy of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 21, 2022 "On Amendments and Additions to the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Taxes and Other mandatory Payments to the Budget" (Tax Code) and the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the enactment of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Taxes and Other mandatory Payments to the Budget" (Tax Code)", The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 30, 2022 "On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the implementation of certain instructions of the Head of State", paragraphs 1 and 2 of Article 212-1 of the Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2008.

The implementation of the project will not require the allocation of funds from the republican budget.

The adoption of the Draft will update the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan and bring it into line with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The project was posted on January 30, 2023 on a single platform of Internet resources of state bodies (www.beta.gov.kz ) and the Internet portal of open regulatory legal acts (https://legalacts.egov.kz ) (https://legalacts.egov.kz/npa/view?id=14396278 ) in the state and Russian languages.
