         Plan for tax revenues to the state budget for 10 months of 2022 executed by 103.4%. This was reported in the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

         With a plan of 11,316.8 billion tenge, 11,698.8 billion tenge were received with overfulfillment by 382.0 billion tenge, compared to the same period last year with an increase of 1.4 times or 3,400.2 billion tenge, including:

         - The republican budget was executed by 101.1% (with a plan of 7,867.3 billion tenge, 7,956.6 billion tenge was received with overfulfillment by 89.3 billion tenge), compared to the same period last year with an increase of 1, 5 times or by 2,518.5 billion tenge.

         - The local budget was executed by 108.5% (with a plan of 3,449.5 billion tenge, 3,742.2 billion tenge was received, with overfulfillment by 292.8 billion tenge), with an increase compared to the same period in 2021. by 30.8% or by 881.7 billion tenge.

         Compared to the same period in 2021 there is an increase in revenues to the republican budget from export customs duties on oil and VAT on imports from 3 countries by 1.7 times, VAT on domestic goods by 57.2%, CIT by 51.8%, tax on the extraction of minerals by 24.1% and VAT on imports from the EAEU countries by 16.9%.

         The following factors contributed to the increase in income.

         For 10 months of 2022 compared to the same period last year, there is an increase in prices for the main export items, including oil by 46.9%, zinc by 21.9%, aluminum by 13.9%, and gold by 0.6%. The export customs duty rate for crude oil increased by 43.1% (average rate for 10 months of 2021 - $61.5 per 1 ton, for 10 months of 2022 - $88.0 per 1 ton).

         Trade turnover with third countries for 10 months of this year. increased by 43.6% (exports grew by 48.3%, imports by 32.5%).

         Sales turnover for 10 months of 2022 compared to the same period last year increased by 22.0% (from 94,312 billion tenge to 115,081 billion tenge).
