The draft order on amendments and additions to the order of the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 20, 2020 N39 «On approval of tax reporting forms and rules for their preparation» (hereinafter referred to as the Draft Order) was developed in order to bring in accordance with the amendments and additions made by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan On amendments and additions to the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Taxes and Other Mandatory Payments to the Budget» (Tax Code) and the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On the Enactment of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Taxes and Other Mandatory Payments to the Budget (Tax Code)», providing for the need to submit a declaration on IPN by citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, candas and persons with a residence permit in the Republic of Kazakhstan who, as of December 31 of the reporting tax period, have money in bank accounts with foreign banks located outside the Republic of Kazakhstan in an amount exceeding 2,000 times the monthly calculation index established by the law on the republican budget and effective as of December 31 the reporting tax period.
