The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan has developed a draft order Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On determining the operator of these control metering devices in the field of production and turnover of petroleum products (hereinafter referred to as the – Project).

The purpose of the adoption of the Draft is to comply with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On State Regulation of production and Turnover of certain types of petroleum products» (hereinafter – the Law), the proposed amendments provide for bringing into line with the competence established by Law, and also defines the Joint-Stock Company «Information and Accounting Center»  as the operator of these control metering devices in the field of production and turnover of petroleum products.

The implementation of the Project will not require the allocation of financial resources from the republican budget.

The adoption of the Project will not entail negative socio-economic and / or legal consequences.
