The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan has developed a draft order of the Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 8, 2018 №144 "On Approval of the Rules for Obtaining, Accounting, storage, Issuance of Accounting and Control Stamps and Submission of Obligations, Report of the Manufacturer and (or) Importer on the Intended Use of accounting and control Stamps in the Production and (or) the import of alcoholic beverages into the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as the accounting procedure and the amount of security for such an obligation" in order to bring it into compliance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

         In addition, to support the business, it is proposed to provide for the possibility of submitting an application for the production/import of accounting and control stamps (hereinafter referred to as UKM) in the second half of this year.

         In order to strengthen tax discipline, it is possible to refuse to receive a UKM when violations in tax reporting are detected, for which a notification has been sent on the elimination of violations identified by state revenue bodies based on the results of desk control.
