Order of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 28, 2022 No. 38–r "On measures to Implement the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 31, 2021 "On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Public Administration, Improvement of the Collateral Policy of second-tier Banks, Regulation of Appraisal Activities and Enforcement Proceedings" and amendments to the Order of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 17, 2021 No. 32-r "On measures to implement the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 25, 2020 "On Amendments and Additions to the Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan"".

    The following changes were made:

    According to the Technical Regulations, the types of alcoholic beverages are defined, including instead of the words "beer and beer drink", "brewing products" are used.      

    The project is posted on a single platform of Internet resources of state bodies, as well as the Internet portal of open regulatory legal acts https://legalacts.egov.kz/arm/admin/viewcard?id=14734860 ).

    The deadline for public discussion of the draft order is October 16, 2023.

    In this connection, this norm of the Order is subject to compliance.
