The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan has developed a draft order of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan draft order "On amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 12, 2018 № 160 «On approval of tax application forms» in order to bring it into compliance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Namely, in accordance with Article 206 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Taxes and Other Mandatory Payments to the Budget» (Tax Code), Annexes 1, 2, and 6 to the said order are set out in a new version in accordance with Annexes 1, 2 and 3 to this order.
