The draft order "On amendments and additions to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 27, 2015 No. 137 "On approval of the Rules for assigning personal identification numbers-codes"" (hereinafter referred to as the Procet of the Order) was developed in order to bring it into line with the Decrees of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

       By the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 24, 2019 No. 29 "On renaming the Taranovsky district of Kostanay region", the Taranovsky district was renamed the Beimbet Maylin district.

      By the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 12, 2021 No. 534 "On changes in the administrative-territorial structure of the Turkestan region", the Sauransky district of the Turkestan region was established.

      By the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 26, 2021 No. 629 "On changes in the administrative-territorial structure of the Akmola region" the city of Kosshy of the Akmola region was formed.

       By the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 3, 2022 No. 887 "On some issues of the administrative-territorial structure of the Republic of Kazakhstan" on the formation of three regions (Abai, Zhetysu, Ulytau).

       By the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 17, 2022 No. 1017 "On the administrative-territorial structure of the Republic of Kazakhstan" on renaming the city of Nur-Sultan – the capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the city of Astana – the capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

       By the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 3, 2022 No. 886 "On some issues of the administrative-territorial structure of the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Samar district with the administrative center in the village of Samarskoye by separating from the Kokpektinsky district.

       By the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 3, 2022 No. 885 "On some issues of the administrative-territorial structure of the Republic of Kazakhstan" on renaming the city of Kapshagai in Almaty region to the city of Konaev.

       Joint resolution of the Akimat of the city of Shymkent dated July 7, 2022 No. 1234 and the decision of the Maslikhat of the city of Shymkent dated July 7, 2022 No. 18/164-VII "On the administrative-territorial structure of the Republic of Kazakhstan" on the formation of the fifth district in the city of Shymkent and the establishment of district boundaries
