The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan has developed a draft order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On determining the operator of these control metering devices in the field of production and turnover of petroleum products" in order to bring the by-law into compliance with the norms of the Law, taking into account the amendments.

        The implementation of the Project will not require the allocation of funds from the republican budget.

        The adoption of the Project will not entail negative socio-economic and/or legal consequences.
