In "SalyqBot", account unblocking and tax assistance services for individuals are connected. This was reported in the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

        Since 07.12.2022, two services of operational assistance to taxpayers have been launched in the "SalyqBot" Telegram channel of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan: "Account Unblocking" and "Personal Tax Assistance" (hereinafter referred to as Services).
      These Services allow you to send an application in "one click" to find out the reasons for the suspension of bank accounts or to receive assistance on property tax, land tax and vehicle tax.
     To send a request to the specified Services to SalyqBot users, it is enough to specify the region (region / city), after which, within 24 hours, an employee of the state revenue authorities will contact the taxpayer to provide detailed information.
     To log into these Services, it is enough to follow the links https//t.me/SalyqBot?start=arrest ("Account Unblocking"), https//t.me/SalyqBot?start=naloq ("Personal tax assistance"), or use a QR code that will automatically transfer to the application "SalyqBot". Just point the phone's camera or camera any browser (Google, Yandex, etc.).
     Thus, another channel of communication between taxpayers and the state revenue authorities has appeared. Now you can get information not only by calling the Contact Center 1414 (3) or by contacting the state revenue authorities, but easily and simply through online links and a QR code.
