During the period from August 25 to 27, 2021, the Educational and Methodological Center (hereinafter - EMC) together with the Department for administration of arrears and insolvent debtors of the SRC of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan held a remote seminar on: "The procedure for preventive control and inspections of the activities of rehabilitation and bankruptcy administrators" via Polycom, broadcast via live Instagram (@umc_kgd_kz).

 The purpose of the event is to explain the procedure for conducting preventive control with or without visiting the subject of control to state revenue officials.     

 Local state revenue officials took part in the seminar as listeners.

On August 26 this year at 15.10 a.m. a lecture was delivered to the seminar listeners via Polycom, broadcast via live Instagram (@umc_kgd_kz).

The moderator of the event was the head of the Department of Advanced Training and Vocational Training of the EMCAbdraymov Bakytbek Igibayevich.

 The lecturer was the chief expert of the Department for Administration of Debts and Insolvent Debtors of the SRC of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan - ShynbergenYerkanat Kamidollauli.

Participants are familiarized with the concept of preventive control and unscheduled inspection, the procedure for conducting preventive control with a visit to the subject of control, analyzing the available information for compliance with the requirements of the legislation by the administrator, the basis for assignment of an unscheduled inspection, the procedure for conducting an unscheduled inspection.

As a result of the seminar, certificates of successful professional development will be sent to49 participants.
