
The campaign "Civil control – demand a receipt" is being held among the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Persons who have reported on failure to issue fiscal receipt or on refusal to accept payment cards will be rewarded. This was reported by the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In accordance with the instructions of the President on the activation of self–regulation and public control tools during the moratorium period, the campaign "Civil Control - demand a receipt" was resumed from October 20, 2021 to identify the facts of failure to issue fiscal receipts or refusal to accept payment cards.
Anyone can take part in the campaign "Civil control – demand a receipt". All submitted reports will be considered by the state revenue authorities.
To report violations related to failure to issue fiscal receipt or refusal to accept payment cards, it is necessary to download the free of charge mobile application "WIPON CASHBACK" from the App Store and Play market and receive a reward (1000 tenge less IIT) to the phone balance if the fact of failure to issue fiscal receipt is confirmed.
To identify information about the entrepreneur, the buyer can read information by scanning a QR code located in the cash register area of the entrepreneur.
The State Revenue Committee calls on all citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan to express their civic position, show zero tolerance to violations of the law and actively participate in the campaign "Civil Control - demand a receipt".
