Kazakhstan plans to simplify work in the labeling system, with acceptance certificates, and also considers the possibility of writing off goods in the labeling system without scanning with a 2D scanner. This was reported by the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Digital labeling of cigarettes has been mandatory in Kazakhstan since October 1, 2020. All cigarettes produced on the territory of Kazakhstan or imported to Kazakhstan are marked with digital stamps. Digital information about the product is "sewn" in it.

"There is no need to buy expensive equipment for the sale of tobacco products, it is enough to register by using an electronic digital signature in the information system for labeling goods, following the link markirovka.kz ", - noted the SRC.

In order for the 2D scanner to work correctly, it is necessary to add the product range to the online cash register. To exclude additional costs for updating the product range on the site www.ismet.kz there are instructions for self-adding the product range to the online cash register. After updating the product range, the 2D scanner reads the digital marking correctly.

As an alternative to 2D scanners, you can use the free mobile application "Naqty Sauda" (Android and IOS).

To simplify work with labeled tobacco products in the labeling system, the issue of simplifying work with acceptance certificates, the possibility of writing off goods in the labeling system without scanning with a 2D scanner is being considered.

In order to work out problematic issues of working with labeled goods in small retail, a single operator of labeling goods conducts visits to the regions, studies the business processes of small stores and develops recommendations on amendments to the labeling rules regarding the work of small retail.
