On 26.06.2023, the Order of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan №640 dated 12.06.2023 "On Amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 23.02.2018 №280 «On Certain Issues of Temporary customs Control Zones, Temporary Storage Facilities and Duty–free shops» comes into force (next – the Order).

The changes made exclude the requirements for equipping the perimeter with video surveillance equipment for free warehouses with an area of a free warehouse over 10 (ten) thousand square meters.
