
The declaration of assets and liabilities is submitted at the place of residence (stay), i.e., to the tax authority where the individual is registered. This was announced by Deputy Chairman of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan Zhaidar Inkerbayev during a press conference in the CCS.
Declarations can be submitted on paper - no later than July 15, and in electronic form - no later than September 15 of the year, when the obligation to submit the declaration arose.
Paper declaration is submitted without prior permission to the state revenue authorities or to the PSC.
Electronic declaration can be submitted through the Taxpayer's Webroom (cabinet.salyk.kz), the portal of "electronic government" (egov.kz ), as well as through the mobile applications e-Salyq Azamat and eGov mobile.
In addition, when submitting a declaration, it is not necessary for an individual to have an electronic digital signature, since it is possible to sign reports using a one-time SMS password.
By the end of the submission period, i.e. on September 15, 2021 inclusive, 497,283 people or 103.4% of the expected number of declarants of the first stage of universal declaration submitted the declaration.
Of 512 thousand declarations accepted, the major share is accounted for by e-Salyq Azamat mobile application, 54.3% of declarations.
