A draft order of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On amendments to some Orders of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (hereinafter - the draft Order) has been prepared for introduction of goods accompanying notes.

  1. In connection with the completion of the Pilot Project on registration of goods accompanying notes for excisable goods, import/export of goods to/from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Draft Order provides for inclusion of the relevant provisions of the Rules and deadlines for the implementation of the pilot project on registration of goods accompanying note and their document flow, approved by Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 16, 2020 No. 1104, in the current Rules for registration of goods accompanying notes and their document flow, approved by Order of the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Minister of Finance dated December 26, 2019 No. 1424.
  2. In order to counteract the shadow economy, the government expanded the list of goods for which electronic invoices are issued through the module "Virtual Warehouse" of the information system of electronic
    invoices for construction materials. At the same time, the obligation to issue an electronic invoice through "Virtual Warehouse" module for such goods arises from November 1, 2022 with a preliminary Pilot project starting from February 1, 2022.
