Nurakhaev Maksat Ekmatkululy, by order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 10, 2022 №854-zh / қ, was appointed to the position of Head of the State Revenue Department for the Turkestan region.

Nurakhaev Maksat Ekmatkululy was born in 1977 in the village of Lugovoe, Zhambyl region. By education - an accountant-economist, economist, master.

He graduated from the Zhambyl veterinary technical school, the Kazakh State Academy of Management and the Russian Academy of National Economy under the President of the Russian Federation.

He began his career in 1997 as a tax specialist in the Kulan akimat of the Zhambyl region.

Since September 1999, he has been a tax inspector of the department for small business and declaration of the Office for Work with Taxpayers of the Tax Committee for Almaty.

Since May 2000, he worked as a tax inspector, leading specialist, chief specialist in various departments of the Tax Committee for the Almaly district of Almaty.

Since January 2006, he worked as the head of the department of organizational personnel work and document flow of the Tax Committee for the Medeu district of Almaty, the head of the excise administration sector of the indirect taxes department, the head of the sector of the department for work with individual entrepreneurs of the Tax Committee for the city of Semipalatinsk.

From February 2007 to August 2008, he was the head of the VAT administration department of the Tax Committee for East Kazakhstan region.

Since August 2008, he has been the head of the administrative department, the head of the department for working with taxpayers, the head of the administration of indirect taxes within the framework of the customs union, the head of the VAT administration department, the head of the VAT administration department of the Tax Department for Almaty.

Since July 2013, Deputy Head of the Tax Administration for the Turksib District of Almaty, Deputy Head of the State Revenue Administration for the Turksib District of Almaty.

Since February 2015, the head of the Administration of Indirect Taxes of the State Revenue Service for Almaty, Deputy Head, Head of the State Revenue Office for the Medeu district of the State Revenue Service for Almaty.
