Since April 2019, the submission of the “Declaration on indirect taxes on imported goods”

has been canceled (form 320.00)

Dear Taxpayers (Tax Agents)!

In April 2019, the Roadmap for optimizing the public service “Acceptance of tax forms when exporting (importing) goods within the Customs Union” will be implemented.     

In the framework of the Roadmap, the submission of the form 320.00 “Declaration on indirect taxes on imported goods” was canceled, and the following amendments and additions were made:

■ automatic posting of tax accruals (VAT, excises) to personal accounts of taxpayers from the form 328.00 “Applications for the importation of goods and payment of indirect taxes” submitted only in an electronic form;

■ Adding to the form 328.00 the directory of currency rates, budget classification code for excise;

■ automatic confirmation or reasonable refusal to confirm the form 328.00, submitted only in an electronic form.

Provided that, in the case of the submission of the form 328.00 for tax periods up to March 2019 (inclusive), the former procedure for the submission of forms 320.00 and 328.00 is applicable.
