        The State Revenue Committee held a competition for the month of October 2022 among 223 state revenue authorities for the title of "The Best Employee of the Service Delivery Center" within the framework of a monthly competition.

  The competition is held by secretly calling the employees of the territorial State Duma and includes several criteria:

 - Corporate greeting of the taxpayer with the provision of personal data;

 - Providing a complete and correct consultation on the question asked;

 - Ability to adequately respond to objections, conflict issues from the taxpayer

This competition is aimed at obtaining an objective assessment of the result of the provision of services by employees of the Service Delivery Centers and has a direct impact on improving the quality of the services provided by the state revenue authorities.

According to the results of October 2022, the following were recognized as the "Best Employees of the Service Delivery Center":

A competition was held for the title of "Best Contact Center Employee" for October 2022, following which the chief specialist of the Contact Center of the State Duma for the Turkestan region, Umurzakova Saule Zhayylkhanovna, was recognized as the best  employee.

Saule Zhayylkhanovna has 26 years of experience in the organballs of state revenues.

Saule Zhayylkhanovna has established herself as a responsible employee focused on excellent results, always ready to quickly make innovative decisions and bear responsibility for their adoption.

Nurbekov Askar Onlabaevich - head of the department for work with taxpayers of the state revenue department for the Shu district of the Zhambyl region.

He has been working in the state revenue bodies since 2008.

Askar Onlabaevich is a professional in his field, a purposeful, demanding, responsible worker, respected in the team, and by his example stimulates the younger generation to fulfill their tasks.

 Strictly observes labor discipline and internal rules of work schedule, as well as the norms of the Code of Ethics for civil servants of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Beisenov Renat Zhanatovich - chief specialist of the department for work with taxpayers of the state revenue department for the Yesil district of the State revenue department for the North Kazakh region.

He has been working in state revenue bodies since 2019.

During his work, he proved himself to be a responsible, qualified, demanding specialist, exemplary in performing his duties, constantly improving his professional level, skillfully distributing labor time.

In his work, he is characterized by integrity, initiative and creativity in the performance of official duties, is able to make independent decisions in the range of his official duties, and knows how to work with the population. He is respected in the team.
