On establishing a new customs duty rate for the customs declaration of goods

 

In order to reduce the financial burden on participants of foreign economic activity in the implementation of customs declaration of goods the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan № 774  dated November 16, 2018 “On Amendments to the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan № 171 dated April 5, 2018 “On approval of customs duties charged by state revenue authorities”, which establishes a single customs duty rate for the customs declaration of goods in the amount of 20,000 tenge for the declaration of goods without its differentiation into the main and additional sheets of the goods declaration, was adopted.

The new customs duty rate for customs declaration comes into effect on December 7, 2018.
