The terms of stay in the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union apply to cars and other vehicles temporarily imported from foreign countries by individuals for personal needs. 

Such deadlines are set by the decision of the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission No. 25 dated April 5, 2021.

This Decision also suspended the 18-month extended period in connection with the pandemic, which provided preferential duty-free importation of personal property into the customs territory of the Union by foreign citizens who have received the status of a person who has moved to a permanent place of residence in the Union, a refugee, an internally displaced person.

In case of failure to take out the vehicles before September 30, customs duties and taxes will be payable in full.
