Draft Order "On Amendments to the Order of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 15, 2023 № 279 "On Approval of the Rules for Making Decisions on Restricting the Issuance of Invoices in Electronic Form in the Electronic Invoice Information System and on the Abolition of such restrictions, as well as the Forms of such decisions" It was developed in order to bring it into line with Article 120-1 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Taxes and other mandatory payments to the Budget" in terms of ways to send a Decision on limiting the issuance of invoices in electronic form.

The adoption of the draft order will not entail negative socio-economic and/or legal consequences.
