The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan has developed a draft order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 30, 2021 № 273 "On approval of the application form for withholding individual income tax from a lump sum pension payment in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on pension provision" (hereinafter - the Draft).

The purpose of the Draft is to implement subparagraph 1) of paragraph 1 of Article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Amendments and Additions to the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Taxes and Other mandatory Payments to the Budget" (Tax Code) and "On the enactment of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Taxes and Other mandatory Payments to the Budget" (Tax Code the Code)" (hereinafter referred to as the Law).

The implementation of the Project will not require the allocation of funds from the republican budget.

The adoption of the Project will not entail negative socio-economic, legal and (or) other consequences.
