Amendments have been developed to implement the Decrees of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

            1) dated May 3, 2022 № 887 «On some issues of administrative and territorial structure»;

            2) dated September 17, 2022 № 1017 «On renaming the city of Nur-Sultan, the capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to the city of Astana– the capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan».

            Due to the transfer of the administrative center of the Almaty region from the city of Taldykorgan to the city of Konaev (Ili district), it became necessary to improve the customs administration of the State Revenue Department for the Almaty region.In this regard, the draft order provides for the relocation of the area of activity of the Ili, Karasai and Talgar districts of the Department of State Revenue in the city of Almaty to the area of activity of the Department of State Revenue in the Almaty region.
