The purpose of the adoption of this order is to amend the notification form on the elimination of offenses in the field of biofuel turnover to notify on the elimination of violations identified by the results of desk control in accordance with Article 22 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On State Regulation of production and turnover of biofuels".

The order passed state registration with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on January 11, 2024 №33900.
