ON SUBMISSION of FORMS of DECLARATION FOR the GAMBLING TAX AND the FIXED TAX (F. 710.00) IN 2019

We bring to Your attention that within the framework of the Legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan (LRK) on the development of the business environment and regulation of trade activities, adopted on 2.04.2009 № 241-VI LRK, by the order of the Minister of Finance of RK № 505 dated May 29, 2019 amended and supplemented the tax reporting on the form 710.00 and the Rules of its preparation, approved by the order of the Minister of Finance of RK dated 12.02.2018 № 166. About publication of the specified reporting of the new version in IS "Office of taxpayer", "Tax Report Processing System TP" you will be notified in advance in a news tape of systems, and also on the Internet portal of authorized body (kgd.gov.kz).
Pay attention! In order to calculate VAT for the 1st and 2nd quarters of 2019, VAT payers for casino services, slot machine hall, tote and bookmaker's office shall submit a VAT Declaration (form 300.00).
