Understatement of income in the resort areas of Akmola region was revealed by employees of state revenue bodies

One of the main and priority directions in the work of the state revenue bodies is to strengthen measures aimed at increasing budget revenues.

Due to the fact that the income of entrepreneurs was in doubt, it was decided to conduct a time observation of a number of objects of the resort area of Akmola region. Only for 4 days 20 objects from 30 of the resort zone revealed an understatement of income, in fact, an understatement of income is measured several times, for example:

• Object "A" for the month of June (30 days) 2019 showed the income by knocking out the checks of the cash register in the amount of 582.5 thousand tenge, and in just 4 days of time observation revenue amounted to 2 817 thousand tenge;
• Object "B" for the month of June (30 days) 2019 showed the income by knocking out the checks of the cash register in the amount of 3 320 thousand tenge, and in just 4 days of time observation revenue amounted to 6 637 thousand tenge.

During the time observations revealed the fact of implementation of the citizen "A" of entrepreneurial activity without registration as an individual entrepreneur; was registered as an individual entrepreneur.

Also, employees of the DND in Akmola region for 2 days of time observation revealed 7 facts of sale of alcoholic beverages without a license, seized 177 bottles of alcoholic beverages. Based on the results of the administrative material and sent to the court for further decision.

Conducted time observations in the resort area revealed a number of violations of tax legislation, which indicates the dishonesty of some taxpayers.

Moreover, having carried out the analysis for the expired period of 2019, it is established that 2144 taxpayers of the cities of Kokshetau and Stepnogorsk, Atbasar, Burabay, Tselinograd areas knocking out the checks with zero indicators. At the same time, the largest share is in trade - 45.8% and the provision of other services-54.2%.

Today in accordance with the requirements in respect of persons, to understate their income, continuing time observations in order to establish their actual income.
