ALMOST 800 LITERS OF COUNTERFEIT ALCOHOL TRIED TO IMPORT TO KAZAKHSTAN

The attempt to import counterfeit alcohol products from the territory of the Russian Federation was stopped on July 8, 2019 by the employees of the SRD in Kostanay region at the automobile checkpoint "Kairak", the press office of the SRC of the MF RK.

Alcohol-containing liquid of unknown origin was packed in 4 - and 5-liter plastic containers, permits (license for storage and sale of alcoholic beverages, accompanying bills) were absent. A total of 183 counterfeit containers with a total amount of 792 liters, worth 1.5 million tenge, were seized. Administrative material, drawn up in relation to the perpetrators under article 463 part 1 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On administrative offences" sent to the court.
