Distance seminar on theme «Quality management of state services»

In the period from 22 to 24 May 2019 Education and Methodical Center of the SRC MF RK jointly with Management of state services of the Digitalization and State Services Department of the SRC MF RK was held distance seminar by videoconference on theme «Quality management of state services».

The purpose of the event is to increase the competence of employees of the state revenue authorities in the field of improving the provision of state services.

Employees of territorial divisions of state revenue authorities providing public services participated in the seminar.

The lecturer of the event was Zhubanysheva Aigul Saginovna - the chief specialist of the Management of state services of the Digitalization and State Services Department of the SRC MF RK.

The seminar participants have been familiarized with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the provision of state services, with the rules of state control over the quality of the provision state services, with the Methodology for assessing the interaction of the state authority with individuals and legal entities, with current and socially important issues related to improving the effectiveness of the government activity and improving the quality of services provided by the state in the context of the development of civil society, about the quality of the public services.

The event was successful, as part of the planned program by active interaction between the lecturer and the audience.

According to the results of the seminar, certificates on successful professional development will be sent to the participants.
