Statistics on the processing of applications for registration online MCR were published

On the website of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan were posted statistics on the processing of tax statements for registration of monitoring cash register with data transfer function accepted on paper, received for online registration of monitoring cash register as of 27.05.2019 (reference https://kgd.gov.kz/ru/content/statistika-po-obrabotke-nalogovyh-zayavleniy-na-registraciyu-kkm-1).

We remind you that in connection with certain technical errors that have occurred, the Committee, together with the FDO, made a temporary alternative decision on accepting tax statements for registration on paper, which will be valid until technical errors are eliminated.

For online registration of monitoring cash register it’s necessary to submit a paper application to the State Revenue Administration at the place of use of monitoring cash register.

In connection with occurred technical issues in information systems, state revenue authorities will not consider taxpayers’ liability for not using online MCR, due to the absence of guilt.
